Le bénéficiaire de la traite est William Walton (et Michael Walton, frère), nommé agent commercial à Santo Domingo, pour le compte des États-Unis, par le président Thomas Jefferson le 28 janvier 1805..

The beneficiary of the draft is William Walton (and Michael Walton, brother), appointed commercial agent in Santo Domingo, on behalf of the United States, by President Thomas Jefferson on January 28, 1805.
