Charles XV (3/05/1826-18/09/1872), le fils d'Oscar Ier et de Joséphine de Leuchtenberg, fut un roi réformateur. Il épousa Louise de Nassau (1828-1871). À sa mort, c'est son frère Oscar II qui lui succéda.
