Jean Lafitte né dans les années 1770-1780 et mort vraisemblablement entre 1823 et 1827, est un flibustier et négrier français qui écumait le golfe du Mexique au début du XIXe siècle.
With its blue cardboard box from the Paris Mint. Jean Lafitte, born in the 1770s and 1780s and probably died between 1823 and 1827, was a French buccaneer and slave trader who scoured the Gulf of Mexico in the early 19th century.
