Lancé en 1979, la frégate lance-missile USS Clark est cédée en 2000 par les États-unis à la Pologne. Elle est alors rebaptisée Général Kazimierz Pułaski. Ce général polonais qui combattit au côtés de Lafayette et de Washington lors de la guerre d’indépendance et fut mortellement blessé lors du siège de Savannah.
Cette monnaie fait partie d’une série consacrée à la Marine Polonaise.
