Flan un peu irrégulier avec un avers assez mal frappé mais un joli revers. Patine sombre dans les champs et brossée sur les reliefs

Titolatura diritto : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Descrittivo diritto : Tête à gauche, avec mèches frontales arquées et encadrées d'un trait et autres mèches, épaisses ou minces, recourbées au bout ; œil de face très ovalisé ; oreille ; bouche et nez bouletés de deux points chacun ; très fort menton globulaire.
Rovescio
Titolatura rovescio : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Descrittivo rovescio : Croix bouletée au centre, formée de quatre cantons : point cerclé entouré d'un grènetis aux 1er et 2e canton, une hache pleine verticale, avec manche lisse bouleté au sommet, tournée à gauche au 3e et la même hache horizontale, tranchant en bas au 4e canton.
Commento
Ce type aux deux haches a normalement un point cerclé entouré d'un grènetis aux 1er et 2e canton. Cet exemplaire semble n’avoir que des annelets !.

GALLIA SUDOVESTE DELLA GALLIA - PETROCORII (Regione di Perigueux)

I Pétrocoriens o Pétrocores il cui territorio si estendeva tra la Dordogna e la Vézère sull'attuale dipartimento della Dordogna, (l'ex Périgord) avevano Périgueux per capitale. Facevano parte della Gallia celtica e saranno poi annessi all'Aquitania. Appaiono in ritardo come Nitiobroges al tempo della fase finale delle guerre galliche. Hanno fornito un contingente di 5.000 uomini all'esercito di soccorso. Strabone fece notare che i Petrocore erano ottimi metallurgisti e lavoravano il ferro. Fonti: Cesare (BG.
