Diritto

Titolatura diritto : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Descrittivo diritto : Tête à gauche, la chevelure faite de longues boucles en esses inversées descendant au-dessous du cou ; œil de face très ovalisé ; oreille ; bouche et nez bouletés de deux points chacun ; collier de perles sous la joue, au sommet d'un cou rectangulaire et long ; très fort menton globulaire.

Rovescio

Titolatura rovescio : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Descrittivo rovescio : Croix bouletée à quatre cantons : rouelle au 1er canton ; annelet centré au 2ème ; hache au 3ème et point cerclé au 4ème.

I Pétrocoriens o Pétrocores il cui territorio si estendeva tra la Dordogna e la Vézère sull'attuale dipartimento della Dordogna, (l'ex Périgord) avevano Périgueux per capitale. Facevano parte della Gallia celtica e saranno poi annessi all'Aquitania. Appaiono in ritardo come Nitiobroges al tempo della fase finale delle guerre galliche. Hanno fornito un contingente di 5.000 uomini all'esercito di soccorso. Strabone fece notare che i Petrocore erano ottimi metallurgisti e lavoravano il ferro. Fonti: Cesare (BG.
