INGHILTERRA - REGNO D'INGHILTERRA - GUGLIELMO III I MARIA STUART
Guglielmo II (1650-1702) fu stadtholder delle Province Unite dal 9 luglio 1672. Divenne anche re d'Inghilterra e d'Irlanda (con il nome di Guglielmo III) e re di Scozia (con il nome di Guglielmo II) dal 13 febbraio , 1689 fino alla sua morte. Nel 1677 sposò Maria d'Inghilterra, figlia maggiore di Jacques Stuart, futuro Giacomo II re d'Inghilterra dal 1685 al 1688.
