Edoardo VII (9/11/1841-7/05/1910) è il figlio maggiore di Vittoria e Alberto di Sassonia-Coburgo. Successe alla madre nel 1901. Sposato con Alexandra di Danimarca (1844-1925), ebbe quattro figli, tra cui Giorgio V. Nel 1904 creò l'Intesa Cordiale con la Francia.
