Descrittivo diritto : Restes d'une tête fortement stylisée (à gauche ?), dont il ne subsiste qu'une ligne verticale, un annelet centré dans la chevelure et une série de petits traits parallèles pour le visage, avec un globule en guise d'œil.

Commento
Le prototype de ce potin semble être le potin LT. 5284, lui-même copié et imitant les bronzes au taureau de Marseille. La grosse virgule sous l'annelet pointé au droit n'est pas sans rappeler les potins au long cou qui furent imités par le potin à l'Y.

GALLIA BELGICA SEQUANI (Regione di Besançon)
(II - I secolo a.C.)
I Séquanes erano uno dei popoli più importanti della Gallia orientale. Erano i nemici degli Edui, loro vicini. Il loro territorio era molto vasto e si estendeva tra la Saona, il Rodano, il Giura ei Vosgi. I laghi del Giura li separavano dagli Elvezi. Erano stati molto potenti nel III e II secolo aC, ma avevano perso il loro lustro dopo che i Germani avevano occupato parte del loro territorio intorno al 70 aC I loro vicini erano i Leuchi, i Lingoni, gli Edui e gli Elvezi. Il loro oppidum principale era Vesontio (Besançon). Citati più volte da Cesare, durante la campagna del 52 aC, fornirono un contingente di 12.000 uomini per l'esercito di soccorso. Cesare (BG. I, 1-3, 6, 8-10, 12, 19, 31-33, 35, 38, 40, 44, 48, 54; IV, 10; VI, 12; VII, 66, 67, 75, 90). Kruta: 16, 71, 111, 364.
