Exemplaire sur un petit flan quadrangulaire, parfaitement centré des deux côtés. Très belle représentation des deux côtés. Droit de style fin. Revers avec un zébu de haut relief. A été légèrement nettoyé anciennement. Recouvert d’une épaisse patine grise avec des reflets dorés

Apollodoto è contemporaneo di Antimaco I Theos (185-170 d.C.), Antimaco II Niceforo (160-155 d.C.), Demetrio II (175-170 d.C.) ed Eucratide I (170-145 d.C.). In effetti, la storia della Battriana è molto poco conosciuta. Questi re certamente governavano contemporaneamente parti del grande regno. Grazie alla monetazione, apprendiamo che Apollodote succede direttamente ad Agatocle (190-180 d.C.) e Pantaleone (190-185 d.C.).
