Coulé. Dénomination très rare, poids compris entre 30,45 et 43,45 g grammes (erreur de poids dans le HGCS 1, n° 602 et sur l’ensemble de la série). La série est basée sur un as de 10 onces d’environ 79 grammes comme le fait remarquer I. Vecchi dans la deuxième version de son ouvrage.

Lucera o Luceria delle Puglie era una piccola città situata in provincia di Foggia la cui mitica fondazione sarebbe andata a Diomede che avrebbe depositato il Palladio nel tempio principale della città. La città, dopo le guerre sannitiche, cadde sotto il dominio romano nel 314 aC e divenne poi colonia. La città servì come quartiere invernale per l'esercito romano durante la seconda guerra punica. Ha ancora svolto un ruolo durante le guerre civili tra Pompeo e Cesare.
