En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série de 1966 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Spécimen complet avec filigrane, signataire de droite : Le Ministre d'État. Surchargé SPECIMEN en rouge, une seule perforation sur la signature de gauche. Numéro 064 au dos.
