En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série de 1966 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Spécimen complet avec filigrane, signataire de droite : Le Ministre d'État. Surchargé SPECIMEN en rouge, deux perforations sur les signatures. Numéro 008 au dos.
