Sans filigrane, émission : 1915. imprimé en marron et jaune, deux signatures, numéro en noir. IMP. PROGRES DE LA SOMME en bas à droite / imprimé en noir sur blanc, avec cachet AMD en noir, texte du bas sur trois lignes. Signature du Président : Patte, et du Trésorier : David. Quelques billets existent sans l'accent sur le "e" de "Progrès" dans le nom de l'imprimeur. (AMIENS SOMME ).
