Si les oboles au N sont relativement rares, les oboles au T se rencontrent encore plus rarement. Selon le répertoire de G. Depeyrot, les oboles au T ne sont que d'un seul type (tête à gauche) ; il ne recense que les quatre exemplaires de la BN. Les poids sont de 0,43, 0,52, 0,45 et enfin 0,41 gramme pour une obole fourrée. Cet exemplaire est dans la moyenne, avec 0,45 gramme.

I Volchi Arecomi, dello stesso gruppo o popolo (volk) sarebbero emigrati dalle regioni danubiane per venire a stabilirsi nella Gallia meridionale nel III secolo a.C. Installato su parte degli attuali dipartimenti del Gard e dell'Hérault, la loro capitale era Nemausus (Nîmes). Normalmente è sul loro territorio che nel 118 aC fu fondata Narbo Martius (Narbonne), che sarebbe diventata la capitale della Provincia. Fonti: Cesare (BG. VII, 7, 64); Strabone (G. IV, 1, 12).
