Croix émaillée rouge à 4 branches bouletées, médaillon central doré et émaillé de bleu. Exemplaire conservé dans un écrin en cuir rouge gaufré et timbré des armes pontificales.

Diamètre de la croix : 33,5 mm, avec la bélière : 36,5 mm.
