Médaille attribuée à Ludovic Dupuy-Dutemps député du Tarn lors de la VIe législature (à partir 3 septembre 1893). Il naquit le 5 janvier 1847 (Les Cabannes, Tarn) et mourtu le 17 décembre 1928 dans son village natal. Avocat de profession, il fut ministre des Travaux Publics du 26 janvier au 31 octobre 1895. Il fut élu député du Tarn sous la Ve législature (6 octobre 1889-14 octobre 1893) et réélu sous la VIe législature (30 août 1893-31 mai 1898). Il était sur le banc des Républicains progressistes.
