Commento
Médaille attribuée en 1889 à Édouard Delpeuch, député de la Corrèze à l’occasion de la Ve législature. Il naquit le 24 juillet 1860 à Bort et décéda à Paris le 20 septembre 1930. Il était agrégé de lettres et professeur de rhétorique. Il est élu député de la Corrèze en avril 1890 et est réélu en août 1893. Il est battu lors des élections législatives de mai 1898. Du 23 mai 1896 au 27 juin 1898, il occupa les fonctions de sous-secrétaire d’État au Commerce à l’Industrie et aux Postes et Télégraphe. Il fut inhumé au cimetière du Père-Lachaise (33e division).

He was an agrégé of literature and professor of rhetoric. He was elected deputy of Corrèze in April 1890 and was re-elected in August 1893. He was defeated in the legislative elections of May 1898. From May 23, 1896 to June 27, 1898, he held the position of Under-Secretary of State for Commerce, Industry, and Posts and Telegraphs. He was buried in the Père-Lachaise cemetery (33rd division)
