Commento

Si les bronzes à l'oiseau des Sénons sont relativement abondants avec les légendes GIAMILOS, YLLYCCI et SIINV, ceux avec la légende KOIIAKA.O sont excessivement rares ! Cet exemplaire, au moins en ce qui concerne le droit, pourrait être le plus complet parmi tous ceux qui sont publiés (le dessin du LA TOUR étant un peu " optimiste " par rapport à l'état de la monnaie de la BN). Cette variété épigraphique ne représente que 0,86% des monnaies de ce groupe trouvées sur le site de la Villeneuve-au-Châtelot, avec seulement 4 exemplaires.
While Senones bird-shaped bronze coins with the legends GIAMILOS, YLLYCCI, and SIINV are relatively abundant, those with the legend KOIIAKA.O are exceedingly rare! This example, at least as far as the obverse is concerned, could be the most complete of all those published (the drawing in LA TOUR being somewhat \\\"optimistic\\\" compared to the condition of the coin in the Bibliothèque Nationale). This epigraphic variety represents only 0.86% of the coins of this group found at the Villeneuve-au-Châtelot site, with only 4 examples.
