Commento

Ce type appartient bien à l’atelier de Colophon, peut-être à l’émission inaugurale de l’atelier, après la mort d’Alexandre le Grand, et qui prend fin en 319 avant J.-C. Le coin de droit est très proche de celui de l’American Numismatic Society (n° 308).
This type belongs to the Colophon mint, perhaps to the inaugural issue of the mint, after the death of Alexander the Great, and which ended in 319 BC. The obverse die is very close to that of the American Numismatic Society (no. 308)
