Cette petite obole s’insère dans la série 1286 pour “les fractions en argent des peuples de l’ouest”.
Avec cette tête très stylisée et ce revers, elle ne correspond exactement à aucune des monnaies du Nouvel Atlas, ni à aucune monnaie de l’article en ligne de la société numismatique du Limousin, “les fractions en argent des peuples du “centre-ouest””.

Popolo celtico che ha lasciato il proprio nome a Limoges e Limosino. L'origine del suo nome deriva ancora una volta da lemo o limo che può essere tradotto con olmo.
