LA MARCHE - COMTÉ DE LA MARCHE - CHARLES DE FRANCE
(1315-1322)
La contea di La Marche fu confiscata nel 1308 a Guy de Lusignan e integrata nel regno. Luigi X le Hutin, per conciliare il fratello Carlo il Bello al momento del suo matrimonio con Clemente d'Ungheria, gli diede la contea delle Marche. Carlo di Francia (1294-1328), alla morte di Filippo V il Lungo, divenne re di Francia con il nome di Carlo IV. La contea delle Marche fu nuovamente annessa al regno.
