Descrittivo diritto : Buste casqué, diadémé et cuirassé de Justinien Ier de face avec pendilia, tenant de la main droite un globe crucigère et de la gauche un bouclier ; dans le champ à droite, une croix.

À Cyzique, nous avons deux variétés au niveau de l’officine et sept au niveau de la présentation de la marque d’exergue. Notre exemplaire appartient à la première variété du premier type, c’est-à-dire, normal qui a été utilisé à partir de l’an 24 (550/551) jusqu’à l’an 34 (560/561) excepté l’an 33 qui n’est pas retrouvé ou n’aurait pas été frappé.
