Les jetons à portrait sont très rares, hors famille royale et doyens de la Faculté. selon Feuardent, il s’agit d’une restitution de 1708.
Louis Lefèvre de Caumartin, baron de Saint-Port, est un homme d'État français mort en 1623.
Il fut successivement intendant de province, ambassadeur, président du Grand Conseil sous Henri IV et Louis XIII, enfin garde des sceaux du 23 septembre 1622 au 21 janvier 1623.
Il est auteur de Mémoires conservés manuscrits à la Bibliothèque nationale de France.
Il épousa Marie Miron. Ils eurent un fils, Jacques Lefèvre de Caumartin.
Au début du XVIIe siècle, il fit construire le château de Sainte-Assise sur ses terres de Saint-Port, érigées pour lui en baronnie. En 1606, il achète le château des Bergeries à Draveil ; en 1608, il acquiert le château de Boissy-le-Châtel et la seigneurie de Rouvres.
La famille Le Fèvre de Caumartin a donné d’illustres magistrats : Louis-François (1624-1687), Louis-Urbain (1653-1720), Jean (1668-1733) et François, prévôt des marchands de 1778 à 1784.
