Le 14 janvier 1882, Maria DERAISMES fut la première femme initiée en France, grâce à la transgression de Francs-maçons appartenant à une Loge exclusivement masculine « Les Libres Penseurs » à l’Orient du Pecq. Elle prononce un discours au Pecq le 14 juillet 1882 à l'occasion de l'inauguration du buste de la République des Communes de Jacques France dont notre jeton offre un exemple et qu’il commémore. Paul LECREUX, nom de Jacques FRANCE, est un sculpteur franc-maçon. Le musée de Rouen conserve de lui un Buste de la République. On lui doit aussi une Marianne parée d'attributs maçonniques et un médaillon de La République des Commune dédié à son ami Carré (Musée de la franc-maçonnerie). Manque au Labouret !.
