Poids léger. Il existe pour ce denier au moins deux variétés avec le buste de Faustine diadémé ou pas. Revers historiquement important commémorant la naissance de jumeaux dont Commode.

Augusta
La giovane Faustina, figlia di Antonino e Madre Faustina, nacque tra il 128 e il 132. Sposò Marc Aurèle nel 145 e ricevette il titolo di augusta nel 146. Ebbe tredici figli, sette dei quali sopravvissero all'infanzia. Viene coniata una moneta molto importante fino alla sua morte avvenuta nel 175 ad Halala ai piedi del Monte Tauro in Cappadocia.
