Pour l’année 1904, il y a deux fabrications : l’une de 4.851.497 exemplaires avec les lettres S.M.-.V. et les chiffres 0 et 4 dans les étoiles et l’autre à 1.303.015 exemplaires avec les lettres P.C.-.V.et les chiffres 1 et 0 dans les étoiles.

SPAGNA - REGNO DI SPANA - ALFONSO XIII
(17/05/1886-14/04/1931)
Alfonso XIII (17/05/1886-28/02/1941) è il figlio postumo di Alfonso XII (1857-1885) e Maria Cristina d'Austria (1858-1929). Il suo regno iniziò sotto la reggenza di Marie-Christine. Nel 1898, dopo una breve guerra (1895-1898) contro gli Stati Uniti, la Spagna perse Cuba e le Filippine. Nel 1906, Alphonse sposò Victoria-Eugénie de Battenberg (1887-1969), nipote di Victoria I. Neutrale durante la prima guerra mondiale, la Spagna raggiunse la sua arretratezza economica. Dopo la dittatura del generale Primo de Rivera tra il 1923 e il 1930, scoppiò l'insurrezione nel 1931. Alphonse lasciò la Spagna, ma non abdicò mai. Viene proclamata la Repubblica e cinque dopo scoppia la guerra civile. Dura tre anni e costa più di un milione di morti. Alfonso XIII muore in esilio a Roma.
