Monnaie trouée dans l’espace entre ROI et DU au droit.
Bien que datées 1860, ces monnaies auraient été frappées vers 1875 par les ateliers Mennig Frères à Bruxelles d’après le travail du graveur belge Charles Wurden. Le Standard Catalog of World Coins indique un chiffre de frappe de 11.467.000 exemplaires.
Coin with a hole in the space between ROI and DU on the obverse. Although dated 1860, these coins were probably minted around 1875 by the Mennig Frères workshops in Brussels, based on the work of the Belgian engraver Charles Wurden. The Standard Catalog of World Coins indicates a mintage of 11,467,000 coins.
