Blister officiel contenant la pièce de 2 Euro belge commémorant le 50e anniversaire de mai 1968 (version française).
Le 13 mai 1968, les étudiants de l'ULB (Université libre de Bruxelles) tenaient leur assemblée libre. C'est le début du Mai 68 belge qui donnera lieu à des meetings, des occupations d'universités à Liège et à Bruxelles. En Flandre, l'autonomie régionale et l'évaluation de la langue néerlandaise constituèrent l'un des points centraux de cette révolte.
2 Euro commémorative émise uniquement en coincard. Texte en français, allemand et flamand, anglais. Deux versions de coincards différentes existent. Une avec au recto le texte français et allemand, l’autre avec au recto le texte en flamand et anglais.
Official blister containing the Belgian 2 Euro coin commemorating the 50th anniversary of May 1968 (French version). On May 13, 1968, students at the ULB (Université libre de Bruxelles) held their free assembly. This was the beginning of the Belgian May 68, which led to meetings and university occupations in Liège and Brussels. In Flanders, regional autonomy and the evaluation of the Dutch language were central points of this revolt. 2 Euro commemorative coin issued only in coincard. Text in French, German, Flemish, and English. Two different coincard versions exist. One with French and German text on the front, the other with Flemish and English text on the front.
