Commento

Ce type de bronze nous semble appartenir à la série aulerque, mais il est pourtant classé dans le tome I du Nouvel Atlas, avec les monnaies ambiennes. Les auteurs précisent néanmoins que “les rares provenances connues ne permettent pas d’affirmer que cette variété appartient au fond commun des ambiani”.
This type of bronze seems to us to belong to the Aulerque series, but it is nevertheless classified in volume I of the New Atlas, with the Ambian coins. The authors nevertheless specify that “the rare known provenances do not allow us to assert that this variety belongs to the common background of ambiani”
