Le Cabinda est l'une des dix-huit provinces de l'Angola, située à l'extrême nord du pays. Exclave entre la République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et la République du Congo, il est séparé du territoire principal par une bande côtière d'environ 60 km dépendant de la RDC (constituant son unique accès maritime). Il est bordé à l'ouest par l'océan Atlantique. La capitale, Cabinda (appelé localement Tchiowa), peuplée de 598 210 habitants en 2014, est située sur la côte au sud-ouest du territoire, sur la rive droite du fleuve Bele (ou Lulondo)..
Cabinda is one of the eighteen provinces of Angola, located in the far north of the country. An exclave between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Republic of the Congo, it is separated from the mainland by a coastal strip of approximately 60 km dependent on the DRC (constituting its only maritime access). It is bordered to the west by the Atlantic Ocean. The capital, Cabinda (locally called Tchiowa), with a population of 598,210 in 2014, is located on the coast in the southwest of the territory, on the right bank of the Bele (or Lulondo) River.
