Essai recto verso en noir sans filigrane. Souche complète, grandes marges. Titulatures non alignées, cartouches de numérotation basse avec cadre intérieur. Au verso : AH - CABASSON INV-DIREX à gauche et L-MASSEY SC. à droite. Un trait au crayon ocre a été ajouté à la main sous les deux textes en bas et sous les cartouches..
