En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série de 1966 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Épreuve uniface en violet du recto sans filigrane. Titre de la signature de droite : Ministre du Trésor (sera changé en Le Ministre d'État par la suite). Une perforation. Annotations en marge.
