7ème billet émis. Exceptionnel. Collection Max Regnier. Actuellement et depuis 25 ans le plus Petit Numéro connu, le second étant le numéro 20. Issu de Papier-Monnaie III, lot 189, dont le prix réalisé était de 3915€ en 2003. Ce billet illustre la "Cote des Billets" Fayette-Dessal de 2021 en p.150 avec pour qualité TTB+. Il s'agit d'une erreur dans le livre car annoncé comme F.09.01A1 au lieu de F.11.01A1. Ce billet est désormais gradé en 63, soit pr.NEUF.
7th banknote issued. Exceptional. Max Regnier Collection. Currently, and for the past 25 years, the lowest known serial number, the second being number 20. From Papier-Monnaie III, lot 189, which fetched €3,915 in 2003. This banknote is featured in the 2021 Fayette-Dessal \\\"Banknote Price Guide\\\" on page 150, with a grade of VF+. This is an error in the book, as it is listed as F.09.01A1 instead of F.11.01A1. This banknote is now graded as 63, or near mint condition.
