Commento

Mistake: missing \\\"Country Letter\\\" and control numbers. We identify this banknote for Slovenia thanks to the combination \\\"Printer/print run: E004\\\". This print run made by the printer FC Oberthur exists only for this country. Mr. Guy Sohier mentions in his book \\\"Les Eurobillets 2002-2011\\\" on p.113 the only knowledge of this 20€/E004 sheet with this omission - In accordance with the regulations of the Banque de France, the images of euro banknotes presented on our site bear the mention \\\"SPECIMEN\\\" to avoid any reproduction. The delivered banknotes do not bear this mention.
