Épreuve. Chambre de Commerce d'Avignon : villes d'Avignon, Apt, Carpentras, Orange. Sans filigrane. "SPÉCIMEN" (6 x 38 mm) en noir, à l'encre, au centre, au recto et au verso. Un trou à l'emplacement du numéro. Imprimé en marron, fond beige orangé. Deux signatures : "Le Président" et "Le Secrétaire-Trésorier". Sans numéro. NANCY LITH. BERGER - LEVRAULT en bas à gauche / Imprimé en marron sur fond beige orangé. Remboursement : 11 août 1920.
