Commento
This banknote has adopted on the front the structure of the national tsarist type circulating between 1910 and 1917 (P.13). The words \\\"СЪВЕРНАЯ РОСССIЯ\\\" have been added at the top of the front; the colors have been very slightly modified, the date has been replaced (1918 instead of 1910). On the back, the scene has been completely changed, thus moving from the representation of Catherine II to a young woman in profile. With a diamond watermark. We can consider this banknote as a specimen. Several elements make us think so. On the back, we find the following handwritten inscriptions \\\"Specimen as memento of the opening of the National Emission Caisse\\\", as well as several signatures (we were able to distinguish without certainty the signatures of the following cashiers: Ivanov, Metz and Ouchinnikov). On the front, the spaces for the signatures are empty. The double-headed eagle and the insignia of Nicholas II are not covered with the black seals of the circulating type. A rare historical testimony
