Commento
100 Piastres to the \\\"Guerriere Republic\\\". This project, signed by Émile Froment for the type and, like the other contemporary 100 piastres by H. Bellery Desfontaines for the design, seems to show that the initial intention of the BIC was to have different types for Saigon and Hanoi. The reverse is identical to the adopted type, the watermark is designed as on the projects presented in the George Thomas sale, the note is printed and numbered A.1 / 000, it does not even have a SPECIMEN perforation. The note bears in red ink in the upper margin \\\"Project annexed to the letter from the Bank of Indochina of May 25, 1909\\\". Comes from the Treasury of the Ministry of Colonies. This note, which is missing as a type from the KM, was unknown to Dr. Kolsky when the KM was written. Studied by Dr. Kolsky in the Treasury of the Ministry of Colonies after the publication of the second edition of his work on the Bank of Indochina
