Commento

Variété sans cédille à FRANCOIS et sans point semestriel. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la coque PCGS, cette monnaie ne peut pas être du premier semestre. Elle est bien du second semestre, mais sans point et a été frappée entre août et septembre 1791 (cf. Clairand, Monnaies royales françaises et de la Révolution (1610-1794), n° 36103, p. 1114-1115.
Variety without a cedilla in FRANCOIS and without a semi-annual dot. Contrary to what is indicated on the PCGS coin, this coin cannot be from the first half of the year. It is indeed from the second half of the year, but without a dot, and was minted between August and September 1791 (cf. Clairand, Monnaies royales françaises et de la Révolution (1610-1794), no. 36103, pp. 1114-1115).
