Commento
We know that the first die used in Cambrai by Louis XIV is dated, 1678. On our token, the reverse is not dated but we know that it is later because the portrait die, unpublished and missing exactly at the Guéant Prieur, corresponds to two banal types used outside the large dated series, with undated reverses. This choice also corresponds to a characteristic of these issues, extremely rare: the lack of means of the administration of the States at this time, which explains the remarkable rarity of these tokens
