(1949-2005)

Ranieri III (1921-2005) succedette a suo nonno Luigi II il 9 novembre 1949. Nel 1956 sposò l'attrice americana Grace Kelly che divenne la Principessa Grace (morta nel 1982). Sotto il suo regno, il Principato fu modernizzato. Gli succede il figlio Alberto II.
