Ce revers est inspiré de la statue en diorite actuellement conservée au Musée du Caire. Le dieu faucon Horus recouvre de ses ailes la tête du pharaon en protecteur, illustrant la parfaite symbiose entre le roi et le dieu (Horus étant le premier pharaon).
