Commento
Médaille attribué à Pierre Beauquier en tant que député du territoire-de-Belfort. Il naquit le 5 février 1904 à Besançon (Doubs) et décéda le 29 juin 1981 à Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (Canada). Après des études de droit à Besançon et Dijon il s’inscrivit au barreau de Besançon. Il s’installe à Pontarlier, mais qui la ville pour Belfort en 1940. Il revient à la vie publique après la Libération. De 1947 à 1952 il fut bâtonnier du barreau de Belfort. En octobre 1945 il est élu à la premier assemblée constituante. Cette médaille lui fut remise à cette occasion. Il fut président du Conseil supérieur des transports de 1947 à 1952 et présida la commission des transports de l’Assemblée nationale. Il ne se représenta pas aux législatives de 1951.
