Pièce Brillant Universel sous capsule, avec certificat.
Pièce commémorant les 90 ans du drapeau finlandais (1918). À l’avers figure la croix scandinave stylisée et au revers une multitude de drapeaux. Sur un de ces drapeaux la croix scandinave ressort en bleu.
On retrouve sur cette pièce le symbole du programme des émissions communes à plusieurs états-membres “EUROPA”.
Pour 2008 le thème retenu par le Programme des émissions communes est “L’héritage européen”..

The obverse features the stylized Scandinavian cross and the reverse features a multitude of flags. On one of these flags, the Scandinavian cross stands out in blue. This coin features the symbol of the joint issuance program for several member states, “EUROPA.” For 2008, the theme chosen by the Joint Issuance Program is “European Heritage.”
