Le différent, fer à cheval, est celui du Chef du Service de la Gravure, Gérard Bucquoy qui entra en fonction en mars 2001.

La Quinta Repubblica, la cui costituzione fu approvata con referendum il 28 settembre 1958 da oltre il 79% dei francesi, iniziò ufficialmente solo con l'insediamento del generale de Gaulle come presidente l'8 gennaio 1959.
