Commento
Hand-dated issued note, M.4/568, cancelled by two blue seals, front and back. This note was unknown to Dr. Kolsky at the time of writing KM Indochina and gives us several important pieces of information. First, it confirms a Director signature that is not listed and confirms KM.107 which was the only known note with a specific Branch Director signature, secondly it specifies the transition dates between KM 104 (at least until 1886) and KM 105 with printed date (possibly from 1886). Studied by Dr. Kolsky in the Treasury of the Ministry of Colonies after the publication of the second edition of his work on the Bank of Indochina
